General Provisions
1) These Regulations defines the terms and conditions under which carried out promotion portal Admon "Test 90 days for free." The promoter is a company Admon, Monika Kucharczyk based in Wexford (Ireland).
2) The promotion is addressed to the Coaches / Trainers or the Customers who are natural people for whom the use of the Website (including
of Electronic Services) is directly connected with the operation of their business or professional activity specified in the Regulations (which is not a consumer in this case) and enjoying the conditions and Admon to the extent specified in the Regulations.
3) Promotion is valid from 23 August 2016 until 31 October 2016.
2. Promotion Terms
1) In the framework of the Promotion you will receive free use for 90 days with full functionality of the portal Admon
2) The service will be activated to the User of promotion within 24 hours of sending the Administrator portal Admon a certificate confirming the qualification Coach/Trainer.
3) The activation of services „Test 90 days free” is considered the moment of approval of the Certificate by the Administrator and the emergence of all the available tabs and options of the portal Admon. User in the tabs „Profile” and Subscription” may at any time check the date of commencement and completion of the promotion.
4) Each User of Promotion will be notified by e-mail of the impending end of the 90 day free period of use of the Service „Test 90 days for free.” In order to extended the full functionality of the portal Admon must purchase one of the three offers available for subscription.
5) Service „Test 90 days free” does not require deactivation. 90 days after activation of Promotion, if you do not redeem Subscription portal functionality is limited. At any time, you can purchase subscription for a chosen period of time.
6) Free 90 day period of use of the Service „Test 90 days for free” the User is entitled to Promotion only once.
3. Final Provisions
1) The Organizer reserves the right to change the Rules of Promotion at any time, in particular for reasons of technical and organizational.
2) Promotion Rules will be available throughout the duration of Promotion at www.admon.com.pl and www.admon.ie .
