PRIVACY POLICY OF ADMON.COM WEB SERVICE



Dear Customer,

Thank you for visiting our online service available at http://admon.com.pl and http://admon.ie (hereinafter referred to as: "Admon", " Web Service").

Admon is a tool that is primarily useful for a coach. It can enhance their performance and improve productivity. Web Service’s functionality allows customers to use coach services, however, the contract to use the service is concluded outside the Web Service, directly between a given coach and the Client.

1) ABOUT US

1. Admon belongs to MONIKA KUCHARCZYK who is an administrator of data gathered by the Service and who conducts business activity under ADMON MONIKA KUCHARCZYK company name entered to the Office of the Revenue Commissioners seated at this address: 30 The Green, Clonard Village, Wexford, Ireland, Tax Reg. No IE 2680534 E, e-mail: biuro@admon.com.pl (hereinafter referred to as: "Service provider", "Administrator").

2) GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. Recipient's personal data are processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of 29 August 1997 (Journal of Law 1997 No 133, item 883 as amended) (hereinafter referred to as: Personal Data Protection Act) and Act on Rendering Electronic Services of 18 July 2002 (Journal of Laws 2002 No 144, item 1204 as amended).

2. The Administrator shall assure the highest degree of professional care and conduct in order to protect the interests of persons who are the subject of the data and in particular to ensure that the data collected shall be processed in accordance with the law; collected for particular purposes that are in accordance with the law which will not be further processed if the purpose does not meet these aims; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes which they are processed for and stored in a form which permits identification of persons they concern for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purpose of the processing.

3. This Privacy Policy of the Web Service is for information which means that it is not a list of Web Service clients' obligations.

4. Any words, phrases and acronyms that appear on this page and begin with a capital letter (e.g. Service Provider, Web Service, Online Service) should be understood according to their definitions set out in the Terms and Conditions of the Web Service available on the website.

3) PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF DATA COLLECTION

1. Every time, the objective, scope and data recipients processed by the Administrator result from actions taken by the Recipient in the Web Service. For example, if the Recipient intends to set up an account, then his/her personal information will be processed for the purpose of concluding a contract for the provision and implementation of online services - Account.

2. Possible reasons for collecting Recipient's personal data by the Administrator:

a. conclusion and implementation of the contract to provide online services,

b. direct marketing of Administrator's products or services.

3. The Administrator can process the following Recipient's personal data from the Web Service: first name and last name, e-mail address and contact phone number – if required for the implementation of online services, as well as other particulars necessary for their implementation as indicated on the Web service’s website.

4. The personal data, which are referred to in the point above, may be necessary for the conclusion and implementation of a contract to provide the online services in the Web Service. In each case the data required for the conclusion of a contract is indicated previously in the Web Service and Online Terms and Conditions.

5. If the Recipient uses the Web Service to make an electronic payments or make a payment with a card, the Administrator shall share the Recipient's personal data that are necessary to make the payment with the selected entity supporting these payments in the Web Service.

4) COOKIES AND OPERATING DATA

1. Cookies are pieces of small text information in the form of text files, sent by the server and stored on Web Service's visitor's side (e.g. on the hard drive of your computer, laptop, or Smartphone's memory card, depending on what device the visitor uses). 2. When the visitor uses the Web Service, the Administrator can process the data contained in the Cookies files for the following purposes:

a. to customize the content to the Web Service Recipient's individual preferences (e.g. for color, font size, page layout) and to optimize the use of the Web Service.

b. to keep anonymous statistics showing how to use the Web Service.

3. Most standard web browsers available on the market accept saving cookies by default. Everyone can specify conditions for the use of cookies by setting their web browser. This for example means that you can partially limit (e.g. temporarily) or completely turn off the ability to store cookies – in the latter case, however, it may affect some functionalities of the Web Service.

4. Browser settings for Cookies are relevant in relation to your consent for the use of cookies by our Web Service – in accordance with the provisions, such consent may also be expressed through your browser settings. In the absence of such consent, your browser settings for cookies should be set accordingly.

6. The Administrator also processes also anonimized performance data related to the use of the Web Service (IP address, domain) to generate statistics that help to administer the Web Service. These data are of a collective and anonymous nature, i.e. they do not contain features that identify visitors for the site. These data shall not be disclosed to third parties.

5) LEGAL BASIS FOR DATA PROCESSING

1. Entering your personal data is voluntary, although not providing the data indicated in the Web Service's website and its Terms and Conditions that are necessary for the conclusion and implementation of the contract to supply the Service and Online Services results in inability to conclude this Agreement.

2. The necessary basis to process Recipient's personal data is the implementation of the agreement which the Recipient is a party to or to take action on his/her request before the conclusion. In the case of processing data for direct marketing of Administrator's products or services, the base for such processing is (1) prior consent of the Recipient or (2) filling in legally justified objectives pursued by the Administrator (in accordance with Article 23 (4) of the Act on the Personal Data Protection, the legally justified reason is in particular direct marketing of Administrator's products or services).

6) RIGHT TO CONTROL, ACCESS TO DATA AND TO IMPROVE THEM

1. Recipient shall have the right to access their personal data, and to modify content

Every person has the right to control the processing of the data which they are subject to and which are contained in Administrator's data set, and in particular they have the right to: request additions, updates, corrections of personal data, temporary or permanent suspension of their processing or removal, if they are incomplete, out of date, incorrect or have been collected in violation of law or are no longer necessary for the purpose they were collected for.

3. If the Recipient gives consent to processing the data for direct marketing of Administrator's products or services, this consent may be revoked at any time.

4. If the Administrator wishes to process or processes the data about the Recipient to direct marketing Administrator's products or services, the person that is subject to this data is entitled to (1) make a written, reasoned requests to discontinue the processing of the data due to its specific situation or to (2) appeal against the processing of the data.

5. In order to exercise the powers referred to above, you can contact the Administrator by sending an appropriate message in writing or by e-mail to the address indicated in the introduction of this privacy policy.

7) FINAL PROVISIONS

1. The Web Service may contain links to other websites. The Administrator urges that once you are on the other website, refer to their privacy policy. This privacy policy only applies to this Web Service.

2. The Administrator shall apply technical and organizational measures to protect the processed personal data accordingly to the threats and the category of data protected and in particular to protect data against removal or access by unauthorized persons, processing in breach of the applicable provisions and change, loss, damage or destruction.
